• Tracy Sprague, ASID

    Principal

    With more than 14 years of experience, Tracy has been involved in a variety of design projects, both large and small. Her experience in planning, cost estimating, design development, construction documents, and administration give Tracy an advantage when faced with tough interior design problems. Her experience and understanding of systems furniture, freestanding furniture, materials, and finishes enable her to give the client several options within a specified budget.

    Tracy is a highly accomplished long and triple jump athlete. Her accomplishments on the track have allowed her to volunteer her time speaking to children about goals and being a positive role model. Tracy is a recipient of the Idaho Business Review's Accomplished Under 40 Award, and in 2007 was named Idaho Woman of the Year.

  • Daniel Sprague, ASID

    Principal

    Daniel has more than 18 years of experience in interior space planning and design. He is well-versed in detailed and comprehensive planning and programming, cost estimating, and design development. His understanding of materials and furniture products facilitates effective specifications for interior finishes, furniture, landscaping, and interior construction materials. His experience doesn't stop in the office. He is also effective at on-site construction observation.

    Dan has served as President of American Society of Interior Designers, was an Advisory Board Member for the University of Idaho's Department of Art and Architecture, and serves on the board for the Children's Home Society of Idaho. His professional knowledge and experience give him the ability to effectively and efficiently arrive at imaginative solutions.

  • Denice Pfeiffer

    Project Manager

    Denice Pfeiffer brings a wealth of business experience to her role as Office Manager, including eight years as Purchasing Manager for Office Pavilion, a Herman Miller dealership where she specialized in commercial office furniture and systems with extensive exposure to program creation and cost estimating. This experience, as well as a full range of customer service support and project management, has proven invaluable to ensuring successful project execution for clients, while ensuring that the firm’s critical administrative aspects support the creative aspects.

    Her business administration background in other ventures and industries and her work toward her Residential Interior Design degree bring additional strength and perspective. Previous experience encompassed a range of positions in the loan and escrow fields in Southern California, including Loan Officer for Capital Home Loans and Branch Manager for Lamb Realty.
